I spend a lot of time talking with and emailing with clients. Though this is not something that can be eliminated, sometimes it can be draining. Though the Internet has made business communication much easier and much more faster, there are some who forget that they are conducting business. Depending on the relationship, some of these communications can be warm and friendly, but there are some who have no idea what they are doing, and the don’t realize how silly and unprofessional they seem to be.
